The ResortQuest Maui Hill (Aston is now ResortQuest) is one of the nicest condominium properties in Kihei. It is located on a hill across the street from the ocean. The Wailea beaches and Kamaole Beach #3 are nearby. The property has a large pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, putting green, weekly Mai-Tai party and an internet kiosk in the lobby.

All units at the Maui Hill are spacious and beautifully furnished. Every unit has a full kitchen, dishwasher and microwave. The condominiums are also air conditioned (wall air conditioning) and have washers/dryers, cable TV, DVD, hair dryer, internet access and a balcony. The ocean view units have a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. The property consists of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. The 1 bedroom unit has 2 bathrooms and will sleep 4 people. The 2 bedroom unit also has 2 bathrooms and will sleep 6. The 3 bedroom has 3 bathrooms and will sleep 8. All units have a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Maui Hill has beautiful grounds and is a quiet property. It is a favorite with returning guests. It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants in Kihei and Wailea. All units are non-smoking.
